Sometimes life changes us in ways we don't fully understand.
Therapy offers a space to make sense of those experiences and reconnect with who you are.
Welcome
My name is Katarina, a humanistic integrative counsellor. I offer a warm, supportive, down-to-earth space where you can be yourself, without judgement.
Together, we can explore what's going for you, make sense of difficult experiences and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I believe that lasting change begins in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and within a therapeutic space where we feel safe enough to understand our experiences with curiosity, compassion and acceptance
How I Work
At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together. I believe that when we feel genuinely heard, understood and accepted, we become more able to understand ourselves and discover new ways of moving forward.
I also hold an awareness of attachment, recognising that our earliest relationships can continue to influence how we relate to ourselves, to others and to the world around us. Exploring these patterns can often bring clarity, self-compassion and greater freedom to respond differently.
To support this process, I draw on Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, alongside an awareness of the connection between mind and body. Together these approaches help us explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships and lived experience as a whole, rather than in isolation.

Sessions and Fees
Individual counselling sessions in-person and online
£65 per 50-minute session
I also offer a small number of reduced-fee online counselling spaces for people who may find counselling financially difficult to access. These spaces are limited and are offered for a time-limited period of up to 12 sessions, depending on availability.
If cost feels like it may be a barrier, you're welcome to mention this when you get in touch, and we can explore whether a reduced-fee space is available.

Starting counselling is a big step.
Before arranging a first session, I offer a free 20-minute introductory conversation. It's simply an opportunity for us to meet, talk a little about what has brought you here, and see whether working together feels right.
You'll also have space to ask any questions you may have.
